The Belgian delegation will be composed of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, the Ministry of Justice (Victim Assistance Commission), and Philippe Vansteenkiste from V-Europe. The UNOCT/UNCCT Global Victims of Terrorism Support Programme aims to promote solidarity, raise awareness, and contribute to protecting, promoting, and respecting the rights and supporting the needs of victims of terrorism. The Programme also works towards building the capacity of Member States and civil society organizations to better support the needs and rights of victims and survivors of terrorism
